What is Nearmyshop?
Nearmyshop is a smart way of online grocery shopping which enables you to order your grocery list on the go, so conveniently from your favourite trusted stores nearest to you and ensure a safe and on time delivery at your doorstep. We provide mobile as well as web browser services to make your shopping easy.

Do you deliver in my location?
You can use our app or website to search your location and check if the stores are available.

What to do if there are no stores in my location?
We are now currently operating in selected locations. We are trying to add new stores as much as possible in your location.
If any of your favorite store is missing, you can suggest us to add the store contact us us at www.nearmyshop.com/contact-us .

How long it will take to deliver my order?
As soon as your order is accepted by the store, we approximately estimate to deliver your order within an hour. Estimated time may vary depending upon the distance of the location you selected, traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
In case your order is much delayed, please feel free to contact the customer support of the respective store for the update about your delivery time of your order.

Do you have any delivery charges?
Delivery charges are applicable and may vary respective to the store. Free delivery is also available if your order value is above the minimum purchase amount of the store. You can check the delivery charges and minimum purchase amount in the “Review Order” page once you checkout your order.

What are your delivery timings?
Our delivery timings vary for different stores depending on their working hours. You can place your order anytime during the store’s opening hours.
Can I change the delivery address after my order is confirmed?
We apologize. Currently, we do not support this option. However, you can either cancel your order and reorder from different locality or contact the customer support of the respective store and coordinate directly.

How can I view the Invoice of my order?
You can view your order’s invoice from the app or website. Go to “My Orders” page and select your order. Click “Print” in the order details page.

Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by the Delivery personnel of the store.

Can I make changes to my order after confirmation?
We apologize. Currently, we do not support the option to modify your order after confirmation. You are more than welcomed to contact the customer support of the respective store and coordinate directly or you can also cancel your order and reorder your list.
Note: Changes post your order confirmation will not be reflected in your invoice.

How to report a problem/enquire about my order?
Please contact the customer support of the respective store. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve the issue. Our executives are always happy to help you.

How do I contact the customer support of the respective store?
Once your order is placed, you can check the store details in the “Order Details” page. Click “Support” to contact the customer support.

Will Nearmyshop be responsible for the quality of the product?
The respective store holds the responsibility for the quality of the product. However if you find any quality issues, Please contact us at www.nearmyshop.com/contact-us . We will pass it on to the respective store administration personnel.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will get notified regarding your order status. You can also check your order status in “My Orders” page either in app or website. If you find any issues with your order status, please contact the customer support of the respective store.

How do I return items?
If you find any issues with your items such as incorrect items or damaged items you are more than welcomed to contact the customer support of the respective store and coordinate directly within 24hrs. You cannot return items after 24hrs.
Note: Changes post your order confirmation will not be reflected in your invoice.

What if I have any complaints regarding the store?

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from the app or website. Go to “My Orders” page and select your order. Click “Cancel” and select appropriate reason for your cancellation and submit your cancel request. You cannot cancel your order once it is delivered. If you have any issues in cancellation process, please contact the customer support of the respective store.

What happens if any of my items in the cart are out of stock?
You cannot order products which are out of stock. When you proceed from checkout, you will be notified to discard the out of stock items to place an order.

What is the refund procedure in case of cancellations or returns?
Your amount will be refunded as cash to you directly from the store. For more assistance, please contact the customer support of the respective store.

What is the duration of the refund?
Every store has its own refund policy. For more assistance, please contact the customer support of the respective store.

What should I do if the products I need are unavailable in the store?
You can contact us at www.nearmyshop.com/contact-us and share us the store information and the products details. We will pass it on to the respective store administration personnel.

How to become a partner with Nearmyshop?

How do I register with Nearmyshop?
You can register either in our app or website. In app, click “Sign up” from the right side menu. In website, click “Sign up” in the top right corner from the homepage. Fill in the required details and click “Register”. By clicking register you agree to our Terms & conditions and Privacy Policy.

Is it necessary to register with Nearmyshop for shopping?
You can use our app or website to browse and add products in the cart. However it is mandatory to Log In or Register to place an order. You will be prompted for Log In or Sign Up when you checkout your order from the cart.
